Jones Transportation
Project Overview
This mobile-first web app was built for Jones Transportation, a trucking company, to help drivers manage their trips efficiently. Drivers can calculate fares, log additional or unusual costs like fuel, and track all trip expenses. The app also provides detailed weekly and monthly revenue and cost reports, enabling both drivers and the company to monitor performance and finances.
Project Scope
Built with ReactJS, Tailwind CSS and Firebase, the app uses Firebase for data storage and user authentication. It features a mobile-optimized interface, tools for fare and cost tracking, and dashboards for weekly and monthly financial summaries. The project combines front-end interactivity with backend data management to deliver a practical solution for trucking operations.
